An hour knocking insects out of trees in Millennium Wood yesterday afternoon was reasonably well rewarded. 5 silver ground carpet, Light emerald, Crambus lathoniellus, Celypha lacunana, codling moth (Cydia pomonella,) Esperia sulphurella and a new for parish record of Argyresthia spinosella.
