Best moth night of 2012

With that grand title it needs to be pointed out that for May the count was still very poor. Several brimstones, a garden carpet, 2 brindled pugs and a mottled pug made up the macro moths whilst an  Agonopterx alstromeriana and aethes smeathmanniana (#947) made up the micros. A lacewing (chrysopa pallens) was also present as well as several ichneumon wasps (ophion luteus) and a caddis fly
