underwing of mallow |
Not too much been to the trap over the last few days. a combination of clear skies over the weekend and then windy and rainy weather for the last couple of nights has certainly limited the take. Last night looked spot on: warm air and dry, but then the rain came and only 5 moths of 5 species. However, one was a new for year species, a mallow. Other new moths brindled green and 2 sallow, both on 04.x.15 whilst other more irregular visitors have been more Acleris schalleriana, Silver Y and centre barred sallow
