With such a title, maybe expected to find a long list of good species below. Sadly, not the case with just 11 moths in the trap, of 10 species. Therefore, numerically, best so far. Also several new for the year species, too.
The 5 macro species were highlighted by a chocolate tip, only my 2nd record following one from June last year. Also new for the year were a very worn shuttle shaped dart that had me guessing for a while, a brindled pug and scorched carpet. All these to be expected and will be seen on many occasions over the following months. Finally, a muslin moth.

On the micro front, a
Eulia ministrana was also a 2nd garden record,
Agonopterix subpropinquella, 2
Agonopterix arenella and twenty plumed moth were all year records. Finally, the regularly present
Emmelina monodactyla.
