A quick trip to check the lagoon on a very cold day: gas gun still operating in an adjacent field, so nothing but the resident barn owl and a couple of skylarks overhead. Around Hadham Hall, goldcrests in the conifers, blue and great tits, chaffinches and bullfinches plus plenty of blackbirds and a few fieldfares. One lone buzzard over also.
