Garden bullfinch

The pair of bullfinches are presumably nest building or already nesting locally as they returned this evening to the same tree. They are feeding on the buds of the blossom on the bird cherry tree in the back garden. Shame they don't appear when the sun is out as the photos could be so much sharper, but mustn't complain; just great to see.
