A relatively empty trap this morning, partly due to my late arrival to attend it ( 6.15a.m.) However several new micro moths were recorded, namely Argyrotaenia ljungiana (photo 1) and wax moth (Galleria mellonella, photo 2)) Also of interest was a red twin spot carpet (3 and 4) along with clouded border, single dot wave, peppered moth (5)
Also of interest, a juvenile robin joined e, catching moths that flew after identification. Today, it breakfasted on 2 riband waves, 1 yellowtail and a waved black!
