Another new moth

A new moth for the garden today, a yellow barred brindle ( photo 1.) Also, a good set of footman moths with common footman (2), dingy footman (3) and scarce footman (4.) When seen like this I'd is not an issue. Also of particular note, an Acleris kochiella. In the herts moth book (2006) this is said to not have been seen inHerts since 2002, so photos for confirmation sent to Colin, county recorder. Also find out is it is still a Herts rare or if it has increased in the last 6 years. This is my 3rd record but 1st photo opportunity (photos 5 and 6.) A scorched carpet (7) was the 1st for. While whilst a forest bug (Pentatoma rufipes, photo 8) was the 1st of the year.
